Virginia A Tracey

Virginia A. Tracey, 91, of Marysville, died Friday, November 22, 2013.

She was born January 5, 1922 in Detroit to the late Henry and Helen Daum. She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and enjoyed camping, trailering and wintering in Texas.

She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Ann (Robert) Bastuba, Mary Ellen (Robert) Wier and Patricia (Terry) Henderson; a son, William F. (Shirley) Rowe; two stepdaughters, Katherine (Arthur) Kadlitz and Mary Jane (Ed) Balcom; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; three sisters, Angela Christie, Barbara Kazen and Sharon (Fred) Cole; a brother, Lee (Nancy) Daum; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, William F. Rowe and Michael L. Tracey; a son, John Rowe; and a granddaughter, Tracy Boutell.

Mrs. Tracey will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 in St. Christopher Catholic Church. Reverend Arthur Baranowski will officiate.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be Virginia’s grandsons.

Memorials may be made to St. Christopher Catholic Church or the Council on Aging. Arrangements are by Marysville Funeral Home.
