Robert O'Mara
March 15th, 1947 to January 30th, 2014
Robert O’Mara, 66, of Port Huron, died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center.
He was born March 15, 1946 in Harbor Beach to the late Lawrence and Rita O’Mara.
Mr. O’Mara was employed with American Tape and served in the U.S. Army. Bob’s trials and troubles on this earth are now over. He was loved by all. May his soul rest in peace.
He is survived by two brothers, Gerald (Carmen) O’Mara and Charles (Rebecca) O’Mara; a sister, Judy (Glen) Chenier; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2014 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Council.
