Joann L Lozano

Joann Loraine Lozano, 71, of Port Huron, died Friday, July 11, 2014.

She was born December 4, 1942 in Port Huron to the late Richard and Ilean Ostrander. She married Eugene Lozano Sr. on April 20, 1963 in Port Huron.

Mrs. Lozano worked for several years in home health care at adult foster care homes and the ARC. She enjoyed being with her family, going to the casino, spending time in Florida and being outside in the beautiful sunshine.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Eugene; six children, Buddy Lozano, Eugene Lozano Jr., Terry (Karmin) Lozano, Joseph (Lori) Lozano, Patrick (Jennifer) Lozano and Verna (Donnie Ellis Jr.); 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; special cousin and best friend, Beverly Doan; and two well-loved granddogs, Bear and Earnhardt. She was preceded in death by four siblings, Verna, James, Melvin “Gub” and Ricky.

Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.

Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township. Pallbearers will be Rick and Jeff Ostrander, Joe and Manuel Lozano Jr., Jim Lynch and C.J. Oles.
