Carolyn Henderson

Carolyn Elise Henderson, 60, of Port Huron, died Sunday, July 20, 2014.

She was born July 17, 1954 in Port Huron the late Kenneth and Helen “Betty” Henderson.

Carolyn graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 1972. She worked at Orthopedic Associates and Dr. Denklau’s office and also taught at Baker College.

She is survived by four sons, Joshua Kramp of Noblesville, Indiana, Nathan (Ronde Teichman) Henderson of Marysville, and Seth Kramp and Zachary Kramp, both of Port Huron; five grandchildren, Lauren & Jared Kramp, Kelsey & Kylie Endean and Easton Henderson; two brothers, Donald “James” (Deborah) Henderson of Traverse City and Thomas Henderson of North Port, Florida; a sister, Susan Henderson of Charlevoix; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends; and her “furry child,” Gizmo. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Henderson.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014 in Grace Ministry Center with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Rev. Mitch Olson will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be Carolyn’s sons.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society, the American Cancer Society or Grace Ministry Center.
