Eva Mae Betts McLeod, 93, of Dunedin, Florida and formerly of Port Huron, died Monday, July 21, 2014.
She was born July 22, 1920 in Pigeon, Michigan to the late Norman and Tillie Miller. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Ernest H. Betts and Norman J. McLeod.
Mrs. McLeod was a long time member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Moose Lodge #158. She loved fishing and playing Bingo.
She is survived by her daughter, Gail (Walter) Smith; son, James (Sidney) Betts; grandchildren, Ben Smith, Chris (Rob) Napoli, Debbie (George) Kopp, Wendy (Dale) Christensen, Michael Betts and Jennifer (James) Buford; nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; sisters, Norma Sockett and Dorothy Wheelihan; brothers, Robert and Donald Miller; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Daisy, Beatrice, and Beulah; and brothers, Jack and Orrie.
Private graveside services will take place on Thursday in Lakeside Cemetery. Arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion.
