William A Fulton
William A. Fulton, 89, of St. Clair passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 24, 2014.
He was born January 17, 1925 in Detroit. He married Doris M. Moran on January 17, 1976 in Coloma, Michigan.
Mr. Fulton was a graduate of Cass Technical High School in Detroit and attended Wayne State University. He was president of the National Time and Signal Corp. He enjoyed traveling, golf, fishing, sailing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends. He was an active member of the Ferndale Elks and St. Clair Golf Club. He was also a member of Marysville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Doris; daughter, Kathleen (John) Stutterheim; sons, Richard (Denise) Fulton, Lawrence (Alicia) Fulton and Jeffrey (Kirsten) Fulton; grandchildren, Sarah Kate (Jon) Keith, Kip (Jen) Stutterheim, Bryan Fulton, Cheryl (R.J.) Turner, Kathleen Fulton, Will Fulton, Madelyn Fulton; great grandchildren, Maggie Keith, Jack Keith, Stella Keith and Owen Turner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jane; brother, Rolland Fulton; and twin brother, Robert Fulton.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 in Marysville United Methodist Church, 1234 New Jersey Ave., Marysville, with visitation from noon until the time of service. The Reverend Barbara E. Welbaum will officiate. Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Detroit.
Memorials may be made to Marysville United Methodist Church, the American Cancer Society or the Ferndale Elks Club.
