Beatrice Esther Burns, 94, of Marysville, died Friday, August 15, 2014.
She was born June 30, 1920 in Port Hope to the late George and Ruby Hubbard.
Mrs. Burns enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, especially pies.
She is survived by a son, David Burns; two daughters-in-law, Debra Burns and Raelene Burns; five grandchildren, Rhonda (Todd) Radatz, BeaAnn (Dave Moroski) Reid, GeriLynn (John) Brandstatter, Chelsea (Jonathan) Bousquette and Brystol Burns and fiancé Zach Stratton; two great granddaughters, Kariann (Kevin) Shurkey and Kristi (Shannon) Romero; and a great great grandson, Kaleb Shurkey. She was preceded in death by a son, Tim C. Burns; a daughter, Judy Reid; a brother, Everett Hubbard; and two sisters, Lucy Coulston and Doris Christick.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Todd Radatz, David Moroski, John Brandstatter, Jonathan Bousquette, Shannon Romero and Kevin Shurkey.
