Larry F Chaffee

Larry Frances Chaffee, 72, of Burtchville Township went home to join his wife Bertie in Heaven on Thursday, August 28, 2014.

He was born April 21, 1942 in Port Huron to the late Walter and Mary Catherine Chaffee. He married Bertie Sue Payne in 1963. She preceded him in death in 1980.

Mr. Chaffee retired from Mueller Brass Company. He enjoyed talking on his CB radio and collecting antiques.

He is survived by four children, Timothy (Debbie) Chaffee, Brian (Dawn) Chaffee, Shawn (Donna) Chaffee and Nadine Lamb; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; a brother, Daniel (Judy) Chaffee; two sisters, Rosemary (Ralph) Coker and Beverly Griffin; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate. Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township.
