Sandra E Badley
Sandra Elaine “Sandy” Badley, 71, of Clyde Township, died Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
She was born July 8, 1943 and married Charles A. Badley on October 5, 1973 in Port Huron.
Mrs. Badley worked for Port Huron Hospital on the switchboard and in the business office. She received her associate degree in social work from St. Clair County Community College in 1996. She was a longtime member of Griswold Street Baptist Church and enjoyed dining out and traveling with her husband. She especially loved being a grandma.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Charles; a son, Charles (Pamela) Badley; a daughter, Shauna Sherman; four grandchildren, Holly and Katelyn Badley and Jack and Claire Sherman; a brother, Donald Kemp; a half-brother, Richard Gordon; special “family", Cindy and Robert Dickson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Lucille Kemp; sister, Patricia (Herbert) Beam and special " family", Frederick and Shirley Swegles.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend James Petit will officiate.
Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.
