Kevin M Kovacs

Kevin Michael Kovacs, 47, of Clyde Township died unexpectedly Tuesday, December 2, 2014.

He was born April 5, 1967 in Port Huron to Karen and the late David Kovacs

. He married Trudy Begerowski on December 24, 1994 in Yale. She preceded him in death on April 29, 2006.

Kevin was a 1985 graduate of Yale High School where he was a star baseball player. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers. He also enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his children, Andrew and Sarah Kovacs; mother, Karen Kovacs; siblings, David (Laurel) Kovacs, Robin VanDaele, Penny Scott and Kimberly (Dennis) Meddaugh; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Donnita Begerowski; several nieces and nephews; one great nephew; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Kovacs.

Visiting will be from 2:00 - 4:30 pm on Sunday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 8, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Reverend Richard Reinhart will officiate. Burial will follow in Ruby Cemetery.
