Norman Holmes

Norman Dennis Holmes, 69, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Friday, February 20, 2015.

He was born September 9, 1945 in Ionia to the late Nelson and Eileen Holmes. He married Marilyn Ann Warren Munro on February 18, 2005 in Port Huron.

Mr. Holmes was employed as a truck driver for many years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; step son, Dennis (Tootie) Munro; two grandchildren, Zack (Liz) Munro and Ty Munro; two great grandchildren, Carmen and Emma; brother, William (Mary) Holmes; sister, Dale Holmes; and several nieces and nephews.

Private family services have taken place. Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross.
