Eileen Rae Martin, 85, of Port Huron, Michigan, formerly of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, died Sunday, February 22, 2015.
She was born October 14, 1929 in Waynesburg to the late Virgil and Florence Hilverding. She married Harold Martin on September 21, 1948 in Virginia. He died in 1970.
Mrs. Martin was a long time member of North Street United Methodist Church and was involved with the foster grandparent program for 11 years.
She is survived by four children, Belinda Demond, Bonnie (Jeffrey) Cameron, Richard (Cathie) Martin and Scot (Lori) Martin; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean (Arleigh) Wood and Betty Lemley; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Hilverding.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 8:30 p.m. The Rev. Joseph DeHass will officiate.
Burial will be in Rosemont Cemetery, Green County, Pennsylvania.
Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Water Hospice or the Foster Grandparent Program.
