Elaine L Messick

Elaine Lynn Messick, 66, of Burtchville Township, died Monday, March 9, 2015.

She was born October 2, 1948 in Port Huron to Joyce and the late Thomas Kelly. She married Edgar R. Messick Jr. on July 2, 2005 in Port Huron.

Elaine worked at the Chrysler Corporation Stamping Plant. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Edgar; her mother, Joyce Kelly; a daughter, Priscilla Pompper; a son, Scott (Melissa) Kerr; three grandchildren, Madison Kerr, Lauren Flann and Brayden Daniels; two sisters, Janice (Rick) Wolff and Leann (Mike) Mitchell; a brother, Pat (Kandy) Kelly; a sister-in-law, Koni Kelly; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Chad Kerr; and a brother, Tim Kelly.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.
