Albert Gonzales

Albert Gonzales, 77, of Port Huron, died Sunday, March 22, 2015.

He was born July 7, 1937 in Travis County, Texas to the late Benjamin and Magdalena Gonzales.

Mr. Gonzales was employed with Riverside Metal until his retirement. He enjoyed crafting handmade leather goods and collecting cars, knives and other items.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Randall) Green; grandchildren, Chelsey, Jesse, Melina, Isabella and Lexi Green; brother, John Gonzales; sister, Virginia (Joseph) Martinez; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward, Manuel and Crespin Gonzales.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015 in Our Lady of Guadalupe Hispanic Mission with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Brian Cokonougher will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
