Marion Walker

Marion Walker, 87, of Port Huron, died Monday, March 23, 2015.

She was born February 5, 1928 in Mussey Township to the late John and Evelyn Brush. She married Keith Walker on April 26, 1947 in Port Huron. He died August 5, 2009.

Mrs. Walker was a graduate of Capac High School and worked for Prestolite Wire Company for 30 years. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed baking, shopping, gardening, planting seedlings, taking day trips and feeding the birds.

She is survived by two daughters, Beverly Walker and Karen Koglin & son-in-law and best friend, Larry Koglin; two sons, Bryan (Mary) Walker and David (Jeanine) Walker; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a great great grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Tiede and Sharon Woolman. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jane Walker.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in Faith Lutheran Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Rev. Timothy Eichberger will officiate.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church or Blue Water Area Humane Society.
