James Andrew Murfin, 54, of Port Huron died Sunday, June 28, 2015.
He was born November 5, 1960 in Port Huron to the late J. Arthur and Ruth J. Murfin.
James was a 1979 graduate of Port Huron Central High School. He attended Ross Bible Church and was raised in Griswold Street Baptist Church. He was also employed as a Quality Control Inspector for many years.
He is survived by four brothers, Arthur Murfin, Daniel (Dorothy) Murfin, Philip (Mary) Murfin and Paul Murfin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, David and Stephen Murfin.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in the Carpenter Center of Griswold Street Baptist Church. Dr. Timothy North will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.
Pallbearers will be John Murfin, Matt Murfin, Jacob Murfin, Joshua Murfin, Stephen Murfin, Dan Lazurka and Jeff Weiss.
Arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
