Ambrose S "Joe" Orlando

Ambrose S. “Joe” Orlando, 80, of Port Huron, died Thursday, July 2, 2015.

He was born August 5, 1934 in Detroit to the late Ann and Dominic Orlando Sr. He married Cecelia Ann Sefton on May 1, 1954 in Detroit. She died September 28, 2009.

Mr. Orlando was a member of V.F.W. Charles Schoor Post 796 Men’s Auxiliary. He enjoyed watching “The Price is Right” and “Wheel of Fortune” and working in his garage.

He is survived by three children, Michael (Diane) Orlando, Denise Munro and Nicole (Leon) Prigmore; five grandchildren, Michael (Nicole) Orlando Jr., Mattie (Joseph) Gehring, Angela (Matt) Fields, Leon Prigmore Jr. and Brittany Prigmore; eight great grandchildren; a brother, Dominic Orlando Jr.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Orlando, in 2002.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Deacon Tim Wezner will officiate.
