Lillian M McAuley

Lillian May McAuley, 89, of Port Huron died Thursday, July 16, 2015.

She was born March 21, 1926 in Port Huron to the late Orval and Helen Phillips. She married Frederick W. McAuley on December 28, 1946 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on November 5, 2008.

Mrs. McAuley was employed with the Secretary of State until her retirement. She was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her son, Philip McAuley; grandchildren, Joel (Liz) Mathews and Nikki (Joe) Mlynarski; great grandchildren, Joel Mathews II, Niklas Mlynarski, Haley Mlynarski, Caetlan James and Amanda Cronkhite; great great grandchildren, Zoey, Christa and Emilia Mathews; sister, Charlotte Kronner; and many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Dana Kraft. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Visga.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, July 20, 2015 in Downing Cemetery, Deckerville.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
