Carol Jean Clark, 78, of Fort Gratiot, died Saturday, August 22, 2015 after a long illness.
She was born October 18, 1936 in Port Huron to the late Raymond and Grace Lasher. She married Cecil F. Clark on May 26, 1956. He preceded her in death on December 7, 1993.
Mrs. Clark enjoyed playing Bingo, listening to country music, playing the Michigan Lottery and watching the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings.
She is survived by eight children, Fred (Lisa) Clark, Gary (Tina) Clark, Randy (Darci) Clark, Craig (Hazel) Clark, Scott Clark, Dianne Allen, Theresa Clark and Julia (Paul) Bellefleur; step-daughter, Mary Gene Ryan; 29 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Esther MacDonald; several nieces and nephews and special friends, Pete Hanel and family, and Dr. John Mullally and his office staff. She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, August 26, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Reverend Keith Sparks of the First Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Tim and Matthew Furman, Joe Sasu, Scott Clark Jr., Daniel Girken Jr. and Fred Clark.
Memorials may be made to First Church of the Nazarene.
