Carolyn Ann Morris, 84, of Port Huron Township, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 17, 2015.
She was born March 31, 1931 in St. Clair to the late Norman and Vida Grasley. She married Kenneth E. Morris on May 6, 1950 in St. Clair. He died December 19, 1997. They lived in Marysville for many years.
Mrs. Morris was an avid crafter and loved to do craft shows. She worked for many years at the Singer store in Port Huron.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen (Paul) Vargo and Judith Fowler, all of Marysville and Lisa (Paul) Francis-Golian of Port Huron; four grandsons, Ward (Kate) Vargo, Joshua Francis, Todd (Hillary) Fowler and Kevin Fowler; granddaughter, Elyse Golian; four great grandchildren, Nathan, Tanith, Jade and Nolan; a brother, Norman (Cindy) Grasley of St. Clair; a special friend, Richard Kling of Chesterfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Jean Byington in 2003 and an infant brother, Gary Grasley.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015 in the Marysville Funeral Home. Reverend Tracie Little of All Saints Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Clair County Community Mental Health “Alzheimer Walk”.
