Jerry Burton Hutchinson, 80, of Avoca, passed away in his home Friday, October 2, 2015.
He was born November 11, 1934 in Brown City to the late John and Viola Hutchinson. He married Janet V. Shue on September 9, 1954. She preceded him in death on July 14, 2008.
Mr. Hutchinson was employed with Mueller Brass Co. as a foreman prior to his retirement. He enjoyed many years of hunting and fishing with his sons and grandson. In his later years, he enjoyed feeding and watching the deer that consistently roamed his property, as well as spending all the time he could with his family.
Jerry is dearly remembered by his four children, Gerald “Jerry” Hutchinson, Brad (Tina) Hutchinson, Loralei Clarke and Ennette (Ivan) Campbell; loving grandchildren, Justine (Mike) Foster, Channal (Allan) Styers, Carly Campbell, Chad (Stephanie) Hutchinson and Marie Hutchinson; 8 great grandchildren; brother, Virgil Hutchinson; sister, Sharon Tack; sister-in-law, Peggy Hutchinson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Eldon and Earl Hutchinson.
Private family services have taken place. Arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
