Edison Adams
Edison Adams, 69, of Smiths Creek, died Tuesday, October 27, 2015.
He was born June 25, 1946 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to the late George and Clora Adams. He married Katherine Hock on October 16, 1965 in Port Huron. She died November 19, 2000.
Mr. Adams was a pipe fitter with Cargill Salt Company. He enjoyed hunting, coaching sports and watching his family at their sporting events.
He is survived by a daughter, Loretta (Lewis) Harnden; a son, George (Vanessa) Adams; his fiancée’, Lorna Riddle; eight grandchildren, Jeffery Morell, Karryn Rinehart, Dustin Morell, Lewis Harnden III, Makyna Adams, Edison Adams, Valerie Parrish and Brenden Petoskey; three sisters, Thelma Jean Earl, Judy (Roger) Day and Betty (Darryl) Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Adams and Lester Adams; a sister, Shirley Combs; and a brother-in-law, David Earl.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 30, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Rev. Max Amstutz will officiate.
Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
