Katharina “Katie” Pfaffenlechner, 88, of Marysville, died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in Marwood Manor.
She was born February 9, 1927 in Yugoslavia to the late Henry and Elizabeth Kehl. She married Johann Pfaffenlechner in Austria on May 12, 1951. He died November 3, 2012.
Mrs. Pfaffenlechner enjoyed socializing and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Heidi Figge of Lum; two grandchildren, Tiffany Figge and fiancé’, Scott O’Connor and Erik Figge; a great grandson, Adam David; a sister, Anny (Ernst) Philippi of Germany; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, David Figge.
Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Rev. John W. Hitzeroth of Pilgrim Lutheran Church will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.
