Casey J Williams

Casey James Williams, 35, of Fort Gratiot, died Saturday, January 2, 2016. He was born September 8, 1980 in East China Township and married Rachel Lynn Sharrard on August 23, 2013 in Clyde Township. Casey was a custom stone worker but had many other skills and abilities as well. He was a hard worker and a big dreamer. Casey was easily liked and had many friends. More than anything, he loved his wife and children. He is survived by his wife, Rachel; six children, Anthony Sharrard-Williams, Alexandra Sharrard-Williams, Julia Sharrard-Williams, Destinea Williams, Maximus Sharrard-Williams and Zechariah Williams; two brothers, Dion Thelmas and Dock Walker; a sister, Monica Thelmas; his in-laws, Dave and Carol Sharrard; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Annette and Floyd Williams Jr. and Terrance Walker. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Friday at Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Cornerstone Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Peter Foxwell and Deacon Walker will officiate. Memorials may be made to Rachel for his children’s education.
