Thaddeus N Kosmowski

Ted N. Kosmowski, 65, of Kimball Township, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 26, 2016.

He was born March 13, 1951 in Detroit to the late Thaddeus and Joan Kosmowski. He married Leslye Krause on May 26, 1972 in Detroit.

Ted was a service technician with Ameritech. He was known as “Mr. Fix-it” and could often be found on his John Deere. He used to play drums in a band.

He is survived by his wife, Leslye; a daughter, Sheryl (Tom) Perrin; a brother, Terry (Jennifer) Kosmowski; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Joseph, Kurt, Jaquelyn, Megan, Tiffany and Windy; and two brothers-in-law, Jim (Alma) Krause and Kurt (Peggy) Krause. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tim Kosmowski.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Tuesday in the Marysville Funeral Home.

Mr. Kosmowski will lie in state from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at noon on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in St. Christopher Catholic Church. The Rev. Salvatore Palazzolo will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Pallbearers will be Tom Perrin, David Jones, Joe Kilbourne and Christopher and Joseph Kosmowski.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Christopher Catholic Church.
