Jeffrey M Karl

Jeffrey Michael Karl, 31, of Port Huron, died Sunday, May 1, 2016.

He was born September 5, 1984 in Port Huron to Brian and Diane “Annie” Karl.

Jeff was an installer with R. Shepley Flooring. He had many interests and loved being outdoors, fishing, shooting guns, riding his ATV and running his dogs. He was very talented and was never afraid to tackle a project. Jeff had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. He also liked watching movies and anything to do with World War II history.

He is survived by his parents, Brian and Diane “Annie” Karl; his brother, Brian Karl (Ashley Stuckey); grandparents, Genevieve Johnston and Charles Karl; aunts and uncles, John (Julie) Johnston, Jerry (Clara) Johnston, Flip (Melanie) Johnston, Vicky (Joe) Marigold, Debbie (Eddie) Biernot and Janet Wood; several cousins; his employer and good friend, Randy Shepley; and his dogs, Tucker and Abby. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Johnston; grandmother, Theresa Karl; and cousin, Jason Schneider.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 in First United Methodist Church with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. The Reverend William Wright will officiate.
