Thomas G Ryals

Thomas Gerard Ryals Jr., 28, of St. Louis, Missouri, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 as the result of a motorcycle accident in Pontiac.

He was born August 5, 1987 in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Ericka Ditz in 2008 in St. Louis.

Thomas was employed with Landscaping Services in Clinton Township. He loved riding his motorcycle and playing guitar. His daughter and family were very important to him.

He is survived by his wife, Ericka Ryals; his daughter, Annabella Marie Ryals; his parents, Kim and Steve Smith; sisters, Ashley (Matthew) Day and Kila (Jordon) Hinson; brothers, Shane (Jennifer) Smith and Justin (Stephanie) Smith; grandparents, Carolyn Bailey, Muriel Smith and Mel and Alice Ryals; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Karen Ditz; sister-in-law, Liz Ditz; brother-in-law, Bobby Ditz; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Gerard Ryals Sr.; and sister, Amber M. Christy.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 in the Marysville Funeral Home with a memorial service at 7:30 p.m. Pastor Chris Wiegand of Living Stone Communities will officiate.
