Betty D Baum

Betty D. Baum, 83, of Port Huron Township, died Sunday, October 30, 2016.

She was born March 12, 1933 in Port Huron to the late George and Pearl Carr. She married Leonard A. Baum on September 6, 1952 in Port Huron. He died June 6, 1991.

Mrs. Baum retired from Port Huron Hospital. She was a lifelong member of The River Church and enjoyed crocheting and baking.

She is survived by three children, William Baum, Steven Baum and Robin Nielsen; two grandchildren, Jasen Nielsen and fiancée, Megan Schuster and Jolene (Jimmy) Swinson; five great grandchildren, Kelsey and Bradly Perdue, Braden, Reily and Peyton Nielsen; a sister, Martha (Harold) Williamson; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Norman Carr.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2016 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Pastor Bill Forbes will officiate.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township. Pallbearers will be Michael and Sam Williamson, Jasen Nielsen and William Baum.
