Delores M. Hofer Lattin
Delores M. “Dee” Hofer Lattin passed from this life into Eternal life with her Lord and Savior on December 7, 2016, at Sprenger Health Care in Mishawaka, Indiana.
She was born in Peck, Michigan on March 25, 1933 to the late William and Hazel Little.
Dee was a lifelong educator and was retired from Michigan Public Schools. She was a faithful member of Colonial Woods Missionary Church in Port Huron, Michigan.
She is survived by her family, Shauna Dee Hofer, Mary (Steve) Langolf, Kris Wilson, and Claudia (Paul) Sweeney; grandchildren, Erica Jane Faulhaber, Jennifer, Becca and Jimmy Wilson, Kathryn and Hayes Leblo, Tim Langolf and Stephanie Williams; her precious great granddaughter who would always make her smile, Caroline Faulhaber and Caroline's grandpa, Edward Faulhaber; sister, Bonelle (Jerry) Miller; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Leon Lee Hofer and James Lattin; and her siblings, Myrtle Zeller, Alex Little, Carl Little, Ruby Robinson, Donna Little and Donald Little.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Local arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
The family would like to give special thanks to the caring staff at Sprenger Assisted Living in Mishawaka, who lovingly cared for Dee the past three years. Also thank you to Tender Hearts Hospice for their gentle care during her life transition.
