Margaret A Kesner

Margaret A. “Peggy” Kesner, 72, of Port Huron, died Thursday, January 26, 2017.

She was born January 2, 1945 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania to the late James and Flora Sedick. She married Robert Kesner on June 10, 1967 in Port Huron. He died December 5, 2003.

Margaret was employed with Head Start as a bus driver until her retirement. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Alicia (Eugene Sr.) Visga, Bethany (Jeremy) Hyslop and Shannon Johnson-Goodwin (fiancé, James Williams); grandchildren, Eugene Visga Jr., Audrey (Adam) Mollan, Sabrina Visga, Robert Kesner, Heather VanVolkenburg, Ashley (Samantha) Thornton, Andrew Kesner, Rebecca-Jean Johnson-Goodwin, Labby Williams, Leroy Williams, Erica Williams, Alexia Williams, Daniel Peters Jr. and Susan Meddaugh; ten great grandchildren; sister, Donna (James) Pavey; brother-in-law, Gary Satterlee; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Satterlee.

Visitation will be held from 1-4 pm on Sunday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 30, 2017 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate. Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery.
