Oreadus S. "Susie" Thomas

Oreadus S. “Susie” Thomas, 89, of Clyde Township, died Sunday, February 26, 2017.

She was born October 10, 1927 in Whick, Kentucky to the late Leonard and Rannie Strong. She married Oscar L. Thomas on February 12, 1948 in Paintsville, Kentucky. He died December 14, 1995.

Mrs. Thomas was a devoted Christian and longtime member of Blue Water Free Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening and reading her Bible.

She is survived by her son, Lloyd (Lisa) Thomas; daughters, Dorothy A. Palmer and Kimberly (Mark) Haeger; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; sisters, Audrey M. Donaldson and Bessie Watts; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in Blue Water Free Methodist Church. The Reverend Randy Bennett will officiate. Burial will be in Ruby Cemetery.
