Hilda L. Misch Jean, 101, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
She was born June 10, 1915 in Marengo, Ohio, to the late Lloyd and Florence Zieg. She married Arnold Misch on October 4, 1935 in Port Huron. He died March 9, 1984. She married Adhemar Joseph Jean on October 19, 1985 in Rose City. He died December 7, 1998.
Mrs. Jean was a secretary at Mueller Brass for many years. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing cards.
She is survived by three grandsons, Arthur (Andrea) Velez Jr., Rick Velez and Dean (April) Velez; great grandchildren, Mackenzie Wille and Justa & Zachary Velez; two brothers, Gerald (Maureen) Zieg and Robert (Christine) Zieg; a sister, Marilyn Dostie; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Velez, in 1970.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2017 in Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Mark Madson will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron.
