Kimberly L Bryan
Kimberly L. Bryan passed unexpectedly on April 13, 2017 in San Diego, California at the age of 59.
She was born on October 15, 1957 in Port Huron, Michigan, to Marilyn and Roger Hanton. Following graduation from Livonia Churchill High School in 1975, she pursued a degree in elementary education from Michigan State University. After a year of teaching in the Plymouth Michigan School District, she married her high school sweetheart Dale Bryan on August 30, 1981. Subsequently they moved to California where Dale began a distinguished career in the field of engineering. Kim's love for children continued in San Diego as an elementary teacher, reading specialist and tutor. Kim and Dale were blessed with a wonderful and talented daughter Chelsea E. Bryan in 1991. Those who knew Kim will always be thankful for her selflessness, cheerful pleasant nature, loyal friendship and many acts of kindness.
Kim is survived by her husband, Dale; daughter, Chelsea; parents, Marilyn of Marysville, father Roger and stepmother Anne of Atlanta, Michigan; brothers Craig and Sandy (Lorri) and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
There will be a celebration of Kim's life at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Colonial Woods Missionary Church.
