Sherri Ann Jackson, 70, of St. Clair Township, died Sunday, September 10, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident.
She was born December 22, 1946 in Detroit to the late Helen and Verrill D. McNabb Sr. She married G. Wayne Jackson on April 15, 1967 in Mt. Clemens. He preceded her in death on August 21, 1997.
Sherri worked in the office at Bill Lee Oldsmobile and then as a waitress at several restaurants including the Pelican Café. She was a member of Columbus Bible Church and Richmond Chapter #168 O.E.S. She loved music and enjoyed going to concerts.
She is survived by two sons, Jeffrey W. Jackson and Justin S. Jackson; grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Jackson and Ethan Jacob Jackson; great grandchildren, Colton and Xander; brother, Verrill D. (Deborah) McNabb II; nephew, Jason McNabb; and many cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by a great grandson, Donovan; and a nephew, Duane C. McNabb Sr.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Thursday in the Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Woodrow Nelson will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot Township.
