Heidi McClarty

Heidi Jeanne McClarty, 56, of Port Huron, died Sunday, September 24, 2017.

She was born February 27, 1961 in Port Huron to the late Charles and Lena Edwards.

Mrs. McClarty enjoyed singing, crocheting and was very fashionable.

She is survived by her husband, William “Sonny” McClarty; three children, Henrietta Jones, Henry Jones Jr. and Darius Jones; nine grandchildren; siblings, Charles Edwards Jr., Angela Sinclair, Leon (Theresa) Edwards, Barbara Snipes, Cynthia Morgan, Melanie (Emilio) Sorrentini, Lavon A. Edwards; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by siblings, Bruce Edwards, Cynthia Edwards and Bernie Edwards.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2017 in Restoration Christian Community Church. The Rev. Carl Miller will officiate.
