Ruth Ann Minard

Ruth Ann Minard, 74, of Fort Gratiot Township, died Thursday, October 5, 2017.

She was born July 20, 1943 in Fort Gratiot Township to the late Ernest and Mildred Hall. She married Dale Minard on September 10, 1960 in Port Huron.

Mrs. Minard attended Port Huron High School. She was employed at the Gas Lite Restaurant for many years and later worked at Huron Tool. She was a member of Aerie 3702 F.O.E. and the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dale; four children, Kim (David) Roach, Dale (Jill) Minard II, Mark Minard and Angela (Brian) Hayes; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Joan Easton and Pauline Torres; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four sisters, Grace Roach, Virginia Ledsworth, Kay Ledsworth and Ida Whitman.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 8, 2017 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.
