Lawrence F Butler

Lawrence Francis “Larry” Butler, 73, of Marysville, died Friday, October 27, 2017.

He was born October 7, 1944 in Port Huron to the late Leo and Isabel Butler. He married Caryl Atfield on July 20, 1963 in Port Huron.

Mr. Butler was employed with Ford Motor Company prior to his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching his grandchildren play sports.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Caryl; a son, Bill (Shellie) Butler; three grandchildren, Lane, Tommy and Brian Butler; a sister, Toni Cronce; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Eric Scot Butler; a brother, Timothy Butler; and a sister, Mary Pat Shink.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday in the Marysville Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2017 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Barbara Welbaum will officiate.
