Beverly J Wieland

Beverly J. Wieland, 82, of Marysville, died Friday, November 24, 2017.

She was born August 14, 1935 in Evergreen Township, Sanilac County to the late Floyd and Lavena DeLong. She married Alfred E. Wieland on August 14, 1953 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on October 11, 2016.

Beverly was employed with the Marysville School District as a noon and bus supervisor. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting skeet, archery, camping, traveling in the motor home and going to bingo and the casino. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Edward (Janis) Wieland, Brenda Tack and Mark (Rebecca) Wieland; grandchildren, Nicholas, Brittany and Zack Wieland, Kevin, Courtney and Justin Tack; great grandchildren, Damien DeMink and Luna DeMink; siblings, Joyce Hirschfeld, Phyllis Jacobsen, Curtis (Nancy) DeLong, Glen (Gail) DeLong and Gary (Doris) DeLong; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Duckworth.

Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday in the Marysville Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in the Marysville Funeral Home. Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Rainbow Connection or Blue Water Hospice.
