Lola M Lobb
Lola Mary Lobb, 89, of Port Huron, died Thursday, December 7, 2017.
She was born April 17, 1928 in Linden, Michigan to the late Michael and Mary Jane Leach. She married the Reverend Richard D. Lobb on November 19, 1949 in Millington. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2006.
Lola was a devoted pastor’s wife and served alongside her husband in ministry. She taught many bible studies and confirmation classes at the churches Rev. Lobb served: Grand Blanc, Halsey, Swartz Creek, Saginaw Ames and Port Huron First. She was also a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Port Huron. She enjoyed reading and watching television.
She is survived by her sons, Michael (Debbie) Lobb and the Rev. Grant (Debi) Lobb; son-in-law, Benny Pendygraft; grandchildren, Andrew Lobb, William Lobb, Jessica (Bill) Wager, Aaron (Emily) Lobb and A.J. (Danielle) Lobb; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlene Pendygraft, two brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Sunday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, December 11, 2017 in First United Methodist Church. The Reverend Ralph Pieper will officiate.
Burial will be held at 3:00 pm Monday in Fairview Cemetery, Linden with the Reverend LuAnn Rourke officiating.
Memorials may be made to Simpson Park Camp in Romeo.
