Norman Ray Surline, Sr., 69, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
He was born January 11, 1948 in Kimball Township to the late Russell and Florence Hazel Surline.
Mr. Surline was employed with Riverside Metal prior to retirement. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, watching the Tigers, and working on cars and his home.
He is survived by four children, Lana (Jason) Imm, Norman Surline Jr., Tammy Langley, and Tonya Zimmerman; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three siblings, Wilma Surline McPherson, Russell R. Surline and Raymond (Barbara) Surline; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Surline; and two brothers, Murray and Clayton Surline.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
