Timothy S Thiede
Timothy S. Thiede, 45, of Port Huron, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 13, 2018.
Tim was born January 30, 1972 in Port Huron to Sharon and Donald Thiede, Sr.
Tim graduated from Utica Eisenhower High School in 1990. On May 11, 1996, Tim married the love of his life, Nicole R. “Nikki” Wilson. On November 27, 2008, Tim and Nikki welcomed Mason Harold Thiede, their beloved son, into the world. Tim adored his wife, Nikki, son, Mason, and puppy, Mario. Everyone who knew Tim would know that after his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his family was the most important part of his life.
Tim worked as a chimney mason most of his life and was a master at his craft. He had recently started his own business, Bluewater Chimney, and was so proud and excited about this new adventure. Everyone that knew Tim would acknowledge that he was one of the strongest men in their life. Along with his strength, Tim was also an exceptionally kind, gentle and loving person. He would always go out of his way to help family and friends with anything they needed. He would have given the shirt off of his back trying to help others in need. Tim was an avid outdoorsman and spent countless hours camping, fishing and hunting with family and friends. Tim was an exceptional ballplayer and was loved by all that had a chance to compete with him. Tim meant so much to so many people and he will be dearly missed by all. Tim would want everyone to know that although we grieve his loss, he would want us to rejoice with him that he is now with his Lord and with loved ones in heaven.
Tim is survived by his wife of 21 years, Nicole; son, Mason; parents, Donald and Sharon Thiede; father-in-law, William (Cindy) Wilson; mother-in-law, Nancy Garrett; brothers, Don Jr (Stacey) Thiede and Steve (Tara) Thiede; sister-in-law, Brandy (Tim) Kraenzlein; brother-in law Matt Webster; nephews, Matthew Webster, Donald III, Thomas, Ryan, Maxwell, Samuel, and Johnathan Thiede; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and countless friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Velma (Main) Weaver, Harold and Florence (Willett) Thiede, and Edith Bastion; his buddy, “Little” Dana Kuehn and his cherished dogs, Bear, Leo and Yogi.
