Larry D Emerick

Larry Douglas Emerick, 42, of Port Huron, died Friday, February 16, 2018.

He was born May 22, 1975 in Lapeer to Larry and Charon Sontag.

Larry was employed with Port City Communications. He was very funny and dependable, and was always the one you called when help was needed. Larry enjoyed playing the guitar and cooking, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, April; children, Riley, Luka and Kendall Hammond, Matilda and Jaxson Emerick; co-parent, Amy Hammond; grandson, Gavin Hammond; parents, Larry and Charon Sontag; mother-in-law, Gayle Jackson; father-in-law, John (Denise) Kovatch; sister, Angelique (Danny) Bortolon and her children, Daniel Marsh Jr. and Ashlynn Atkinson; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Tuesday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. The Reverend Bryan Hendricks will officiate.
