David K Falk
David Karl Falk, 65, of Port Huron, died Friday, April 27, 2018.
He was born April 6, 1953 in Port Huron to the late Karl and Marian Falk. He married his high school sweetheart, Kay Aurand on September 14, 1973 in Port Huron.
David was 1971 graduate of Port Huron High School. He was employed with Dunn Paper Company for many years. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #489 in Peck, V.F.W. Charles Schoor Post #796, Pheasants Forever, and a lifetime member of the NRA. David enjoyed fishing, duck hunting and deer hunting with his brothers, son and son-in-law, and his trips to Las Vegas. He was very proud of his children’s achievements and despite his blindness, he loved to volunteer at Mercy Village.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kay; children, Sarah (Michael) Shay and Adam (Lisa) Falk; granddaughter, Alivia Falk “Little Alivia” who had a special place in his heart; siblings, Paul (Barbara) Falk, Robert Falk and Linda (Thomas) Conley; in-laws, Paul (Jan) Aurand and Gayle (Dave) Picot; several nieces and nephews; and grand dogs, Minny and Brit.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, May 5, 2018 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.
