Raymond E Perry

Raymond Edward Perry, 91, of Marysville, died Monday, June 11, 2018 in Blue Water Hospice Home.

He was born September 5, 1926 in Port Huron to the late Homer and Anna Perry. He graduated from Port Huron High School, Port Huron Junior College and attended Wayne State University. He married Harriette Carleton on June 17, 1950. She preceded him in death in 2012 after 62 years of marriage.

Raymond volunteered with the Silver Stick Hockey Tournament for many years and was a coach and umpire for the Marysville Little League. He enjoyed short track auto racing with his son-in-law, Charles Koob.

He is survived by a daughter, Denise (Charles) Koob; a granddaughter, Taylor Rae Perry; a sister, Catherine McCarthy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sons, David and Michael.

Private services will be held in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
