Annie Tissue

Annie Tissue, 91, of Marysville, died Monday, July 16, 2018.

She was born December 30, 1926 in Port Huron to the late Mike and Sophia Marusa. She married Dwaine V. Tissue on May 15, 1948 in Marysville. He died March 17, 2005.

Mrs. Tissue was employed with the Port Huron Area School District for 25 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting and reading.

She is survived by five children, Judy (Richard) Parker, Mary MacDonald, Thomas (Sue) Tissue, Cindy (Dale) Leslie and Janet Tissue; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Valerie Campbell, Margie Campbell and Bruce (Marcella) Campbell; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tissue will lie in state in St. Christopher Catholic Church on Thursday, July19, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend James Arwady will officiate. The Rite of Committal will follow in Riverlawn Cemetery
