Joanne I Lawrence

Joanne Idamae Heddle Lawrence, 84, of Marysville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

She was born September 1, 1934 in Marysville to the late Stewart and Elnora Heddle.

Joanne graduated from Marysville High School, Western Union School in Detroit and attended St. Clair County Community College. She was employed at the Port Huron Credit Bureau, Marysville High School, St. Clair County Community College and as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker for 21 years before her retirement in 1997. Joanne was a member of the St. Clair County Secretary Association, Lioness Club of Marysville, Orlando Board of Realtors, MEA, Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the YMCA of Frisco, Texas. She volunteered at the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse and the Great Lakes Maritime Center.

She is survived by a daughter, Jodi (John) Wunch; grandchildren, Shaun (Pepper) Wunch and Elizabeth (Aaron) Howard; great grandchildren, Journey, Dillan and Brody Wunch, Miranda, Alexis and Myla Howard; sister-in-law, Marjorie Heddle; five nephews and nieces; and 12 great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Jacqueline and William Baker; brother, Thomas Heddle; and husbands, Joe Bacher, John Allman, Frank Boyd and Claude Lawrence.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the Gateway Church, Marysville with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Dallas Berry will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Pallbearers will be Shaun Wunch, Elizabeth Howard, Pepper Wunch, Aaron Howard, Jeff Sergent, Ed Gratz and Thomas Heddle.
