Anita Gladys Peters, 99, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
She was born June 14, 1919 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Sam and Clara Fulgenzi. She married Francis Peters on July 31, 1937 in Allen Park. He died July 24, 1989.
Mrs. Peters was a talented seamstress, making many of her own clothes. She loved to cook and try new recipes.
She is survived by a son, Dave Peters; a daughter-in-law, Carol Peters; three grandsons, Matthew, Alan (Kelley) and Joshua Peters; a great grandson, Jonathon Peters; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. The Rev. Barbara Welbaum will officiate.
Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan.
