Kirk Carlson

Kirk G. Carlson, 63, of Port Huron, died Thursday, January 31, 2019.

He was born on July 17, 1955 in Hazel Park to the late Hugo and Betsy Carlson. He married Nicole “Nikki” Wolf on November 7, 1998 in Port Huron.

Kirk was a sales manager with Art Van Furniture prior to his retirement. He was a racecar driver and a lifelong University of Michigan fan. He also enjoyed woodworking, painting, and reading, especially about the universe.

He is survived by his wife, Nicole “Nikki”; a sister, Debra Carlson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Karen.

A family gathering will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.
