Kenneth R Shirey

Kenneth Raymond Shirey, 71, of Kimball, died Thursday, April 25, 2019.

He was born May 17, 1947 in Detroit to the late Raymond and Mary Shirey. He married Gloria Jean Hunt on July 21, 1984 in Detroit.

Mr. Shirey was a member of F.O.E. Aerie #3619 in St. Clair Shores and a Masonic Lodge member in Detroit. He loved collecting and selling antiques. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and playing with his dogs. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Gloria; three sons, Brian (Michelle) Shirey, Robert (Sandy) Hunt, and Richard Hunt; grandchildren, Mary, Peter, and Robert Hunt, and Evan and Dylan Shirey; and step mother, Connie Shirey. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Dale and Dean Shirey.

Cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled at this time.
