Norman F Squires

Norman Floyd Squires Jr., 70, of Burtchville Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.

He was born August 5, 1949 in Ferndale, Michigan to the late Evelyn and Norman Squires Sr.

Mr. Squires served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He loved riding his four-wheeler, being out in the country, fishing and spending time with his family. He loved to go to the casino and play bingo.

He is survived by his lifelong companion, Diana O'Connor; three daughters, Dawn (Mike) Hand, Becky (Brian) Harrison and Tabitha (Jeff) LaVere; grandchildren, Michael, Justin and Shane Mann, Ashley and Jacob Potrykus, Jared Wilson and Summer and Jeffrey LaVere; great grandchildren, Sophiia Mann, Ayden Whitmore and Owen Wilson; a sister, Michele Gault; and a brother, Robert Pangman. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jimmy and Carl Pangman and Michael Squires; and a sister, Loretta Pangman.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
